Service was top notch… find the perfect truck was easy with Brett, and We felt like your financial manger Shawn went above and beyond to work with us and getting our interest rate where we where comfortable… from stay after closing to get the deal done, to filling her up and new wash, we where beyond happy with the service and theses 2 guys helping us.

We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal that I was satisfied with making. In less than an hour we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.

Hillsboro Ford was so easy to work with. From the time we talked over the phone that morning until I was leaving with my new Bronco that same day was seamless! When I got to the dealership, they had my Bronco clean, paperwork ready to be signed and I was walking out the door within an hour after arriving. Very nice, polite and professional people that work there! Shout out to Angela Thomson and Brett Wilt for taking such good care of me. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them.

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Had a great experience with Gabrielle, Tristan and Shawn! I was searching for something specific in a new F250. I drove 2 hours for this specific truck and was not disappointed. The staff was courteous and profession and helped me move the process along quickly so i could get back to Cedar Park to take my wife to a hockey game. Tristan was as easy to deal with as sales people come. Did not pressure me at any point in the process. Shawn was one of the funnest finance managers that I've had the pleasure to deal with, and Gabrielle was great from the first call to end of the buying process, getting me set up with the Ford app and showing me some of the features of my new favorite truck. She has also been quick to return calls and texts with answers to my questions since my purchase. GREAT JOB!

Good service starts with a good Service Manager, JoManda is perfect for that position. I think she can be trusted to get the job done correctly and efficiently. The overall atmosphere of the dealership is much better since the change. Several of my friends and I have talked about the change and now all of us are using Hillsboro Ford.

Great dealer to work with, they run very efficiently and don’t waste your time! I called and talked to Brett, gave him the exact specs to a car I was trying to find and he found it within the day. Had a great experience buying a used F-150 at Hillsboro Ford. Brett, Shawn and the whole staff were super friendly and easy to work with - making our purchase pleasurable and worth the trip...from Houston! The truck had been thoroughly cleaned, detailed and was ready to go. The pricing was very competitive (nationwide) and the negotiations were quick and stress free. They even filled the gas tank for us! We will definitely consider them for future purchases and highly recommend them!!

Started out of curiosity. My old car was in their shop being repaired. I wanted to just price another vehicle. Well I met Brett and kind of told him what I was looking for. The new ones were scary with the price. However he said he had just received some new inventory from an auction. They had one I was interested in. Price was right. Paperwork went real smooth. Now I’m a proud owner of my Ford Explorer Timberline. Drives great on ice.

Hillsboro Ford has to be the best Ford dealership in central Texas. Gabrielle is an absolute angel and treated us with absolute professionalism and respect. In fact, I'm getting her name tattooed on me in several days and will name my first child after her (regardless of gender). That's how awesome she is. It is a shame I can only give her and Hillsboro Ford a five star rating. Five stars aren't enough, they deserve a minimum 6,294 stars. A few days prior to my visit, I stopped at another dealership in central Texas to look at what they have on their lot and trade my truck in. They offered me a rather unimpressive number and I left. After crying in the shower for a couple of days, I continued my search. I happened to be driving past Hillsboro Ford and stopped by completely unannounced. Gabrielle and her staff were quick to speak with me, offered double what the previous dealership did, had the exact thing I had been looking for, and provided me a better deal on the new vehicle. 6,924/10, I will be doing business with them again.

Absolutely loved doing business with this dealer especially with the gentleman named Jaime aka "J" he was so helpful, patient, and he actually did what he said he would do. I had a terrible experience trying to buy a truck from another dealership but could tell the moment I reached out- Jaime understood my frustrations, he cared enough to figure out what it'd take to hold the truck for me since I travel a lot for work. He was super upfront and honest which really made the truck buying experience fairly easy. I was hesitant with the in house-financing process, but after it was all said & done they secured me an APR lower than my credit union!! I truly feel he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he truly cares about doing his job and taking care of customers. I really appreciate the excellent service and will definitely continue coming back to Hillsboro Ford because of employees like Jaime. Side note: Brandon in finance was a pleasure to work with too, easy to talk to, not too pushy with the extra warranty options they offer. And Jose from the service department was another pleasant experience.

One of my cells on my battery went bad and stranded me at the Buckie’s on I 35 in Hillsboro. A quick call to Hillsboro Ford Was all that was needed. 15 minutes later, a battery attendant pulled up swapped out my battery and I was on my way. Charges were very reasonable, especially considering my circumstances of being stranded out of town. Five stars in stars and thumbs up all day long!

I have used the service department at Hillsboro Ford since back when it was known as Cole Ford. The Service department here has always been at "the tip of the spear" when it comes to being advocates for their customers and their specific needs. Most recently I have had warranty work done on 2 separate occasions. With-in a month of each other. I have nothing other than great and praise worthy things to say about Mr. David Nelson, Allen McCutchan & Mrs Mindy Dubose. They are all a stand up bunch, no lies, no deception. Full transparency & geat communication! When I say the service mechanics deliver, boy do they deliver in a big way! Their attention to detail is absolute. Every time I do routine or warranty maintenance, I get the truck back and it feels like it's just rolled of the assembly line. I will go nowhere else when it comes to maintenance or buying a new vehicle.

I recently had a wonderful experience with Hillsboro Ford. Every Ford I have ever owned has been servicd at that dealership. Not one complaint, they have an outstanding service department. However, this was my first buying experience from them. Everyone who I spoke with was extremely professional, respectful & laid back. There were never any pushy sales attempts nor were there any heinous lowball offers for my trade-in. I left the dealership in the truck that I wanted, for a great price close to my initial offer & a more than fair offer for my trade-in considering specific circumstances. I highly recommend Hillsboro Ford, they have earned themselves a customer for life. Huge shoutout to Terry in Sales, Jeff & Matt in Finance & Allen in Service! Keep up the outstanding customer service!

I reached out to the Hillsboro Ford dealership when my AC stopped working on a road trip. This wouldn’t have been an issue under normal circumstances, but we had our senior dog (a 100+ lb German shepherd) with us in the 100 degree Texas heat. I felt like it wasn’t safe to travel with him in the car while it was so hot, so I really needed a same day repair and other shops in town were booked up. Mindy and team went above and beyond to have my car repaired in a timely manner so we wouldn’t have to travel in the heat with our dog. When they didn’t have the part on hand to fix it, they called numerous businesses in the area to make it happen. Not only did I leave with cold AC, but our dog Bear got to cool off inside the dealership and was fed treats and bottled water. Car dealerships sometimes get a bad rep, but I left this location feeling like they had my (and my dog’s) best interest at heart.Thanks again y’all!

I've dealt with numerous dealers over the course of my life, and I will have to say the team at Hillsboro Ford made the entire process easy. Micah answered all my questions and concerns via text in a timely manner, the rest of the team treated me well, with integrity. I miscounted my down payment, and they had the honesty to tell me I had given them too much. They could have easily pocketed that, and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Never once I have I been at a dealer that was able to get me in and out so quickly, and so close to closing time. I have used the service department at Hillsboro Ford since back when it was known as Cole Ford. The Service department here has always been at "the tip of the spear" when it comes to being advocates for their customers and their specific needs. Most recently I have had warranty work done on 2 separate occasions. With-in a month of each other. I have nothing other than great and praise worthy things to say about Mr. David Nelson, Allen McCutchan & Mrs Mindy Dubose. They are all a stand up bunch, no lies, no deception. Full transparency & geat communication! When I say the service mechanics deliver, boy do they deliver in a big way! Their attention to detail is absolute. Every time I do routine or warranty maintenance, I get the truck back and it feels like it's just rolled of the assembly line. I will go nowhere else when it comes to maintenance or buying a new vehicle.

I called to see if I needed an appointment to have my oil changed in my F-150, and was given an appointment that same day. The personnel were very friendly and welcoming when I entered the service area and took my truck to service it. As a handicapped senior adult, I was glad to see the restroom was conveniently located in the waiting area, which was a blessing to someone with walking problems. My Ford Pass points were used to pay for the oil change and my car was brought to the door for my easy access and departure. Thank you Hillsboro Ford.......you are #1 on my list of favorites.

2011 Ford 450 broke down in Hillsboro Sunday December 22nd on way to Fort Worth. Brought it to Cole Ford Service Department. They found water in diesel fuel. There service department had truck ready on Monday Dec 23rd. We pick truck up on way back to San Antonio on Christmas day. There service was terrific and I give them two thumbs up for customer service.

2004 Nissan Sentra broke down on Saturday May 31, 2014 at Hillsboro on the way from Dallas to Austin and luckily I managed to pull the car at Cole Ford Service and found the place is very convenient with drop off car key where I dropped my car key with a note about my car problem. Then Monday morning the staff already got car key and later let me know exact problem with a very good quote on service and I agreed for the service and staffs completed within a day. Next day I came from Austin to pick it up and staff brought the car up and also show me about the tires need to be changed in future for safety. The staffs care very much and I drove the car to Austin without problem and it's very good price for fixing. I'd really appreciate their service, their courtesy. I give them two thumbs up! I was so pleased with the service department. I was headed down to see my parents in a nursing home and my pickup starting vibrating very significantly. Pam at the service desk said how far behind they were, but Alan, the service manager I think, came out and took a quick look. He then took it to the back and put it on the computer. Turned out to be a bad spark plug and coil. I said that I knew how backed up they were, but knowing my predicament, he said he could get it done in about 30 minutes. I was out of there in 20. it saved the day for my visit with my folks. Very much appreciated.

I can't thank the service department enough for fixing my van . I was returning home to Kansas from the gulf after a fishing trip. Sunday night I noticed something wrong with my van when I exited from Interstate 35. Monday I visited Cole Ford and told them about my van. They told me they would do the best they could and they did ! The job was not a small easy job. I was there for 6 hours and saw how they treated the other customers with respect and kindness. They also called me the next day to make sure everything was ok and that I made it home with no problems. I wish this dealership was in my area. I would definitely shop there. We were an hour and a half from home on our way back from vacation and our truck started smoking. We just happened to be near the Hillsboro Ford dealership. We pulled in at 5:25 and our truck was smoking pretty good at this point. The service department closes at 5:30 but stayed open to not only diagnose what was wrong with our truck but also fix it so we could be on our way. They were so friendly and accommodating and we were so grateful to Dave and the Lead mechanic for being kind and helping us get home. Incredible customer service!

I told JoManda I needed a new door handle for the inside passenger door, she ordered the part, it came in quickly. An appointment was made to pick up my car at my home, it was picked up on time, and then JoManda called about an hour or so later, car was ready, and they brought my car back at the time I scheduled it for, this was done all in one afternoon . Door handle works great and I didn’t have to leave my house. Now that is service for you!! I highly recommend Hillsboro Ford.

We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal. Within 30 minutes we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.
