Drove out there with not a whole lot of expectations. Ended up with a brand new Expedition. The whole team, our sales guy Brandon, worked well with us and were very accommodating.
We stopped at Hillsboro Ford on 5/7/25 to just see what they had for used vehicles. While looking on the lot salesman Brett saw us and asked if we needed help. Brett helped us find a vehicle that fit within our budget. Brett made the buying process smooth and we will go back to Brett again.

Angela and Shawn took great care of everything; through paper mix ups (not their doing) got everything fixed quickly and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Angela’s vehicle selection based on what I was looking for and Shawn’s finance expertise working with the banks and finishing up paperwork. Will be going back to her/them again, very painless process.

JoManda took care of me and our car. I was able to drop it off the evening before and she met me at closing time and took the Keys then she provide an employee to deliver the car since I was struggling to get there during business hours. JoManda stepped up and out with the service and care provided.
Gabby was wonderful!!!! She’s new to the business but a fast learner. She picked up where our other salesman left off ,since it was his day off, so it started out as a challenge. She did great! Best of luck to you Gabby! It was great meeting you!
This was an awesome dealership and Shawn was pretty awesome too. It was a great buying experience. And that young kid Caleb went above and beyond. He took me on a test drive with him driving at my request while I rode in the back seat and showed me all the different modes the vehicle could do and after I purchased it, he even drove me home. The manager was amazing too and very patient with me and friendly. Shawn makes good coffee too!!!!

Goes above and beyond- he isn't a behind desk service person- he helps customers in person in lobby or parking lot. He and his staff are amazing and a blessing
