He was “johnny on the spot” answering all my questions and getting me proposed deals with and without trades. While driving down I-35, a turbo hose coupler blew out on my F350 on the first day of vacation. I called and spoke with the Hillsboro Ford Service Manager and explained the problem. It was a pleasant experience overall. I initially thought there wasn’t going to be any dealer addons added to the vehicle price based on my initial conversation with one of the sales representatives but eventually had a few addons added but it was reasonable. Any dealership would want to make money through addons if they are going to have a very less margin on the vehicle itself. The sales manager and Roberto were really nice. They helped me get what I wanted and even worked on getting the best interest rates in the market. Overall it’s a good place to buy a vehicle if you want a fair deal. The staff are welcoming and treat you well.
I was pulling a trailer and blew a front bearing. The service department saved me and got me back on the road! Thanks so much for helping a rancher out guys.
