Robert Rodriguez and team made me feel at ease, heard, and respected throughout the entire process. We left on Tuesday evening and came back on Friday afternoon, so we were able to think through our purchase and ensure we felt good about the commitment. They were not pushy, and helped us get into a vehicle we could afford while working with us to get a good deal on everything that was important to us, and didn’t push any items or add ons we were not interested in. They were transparent, patient, and kind. I will definitely be back to buy our next vehicle here.

Howard and our sales specialist Robert have gone above and beyond to make our car buying process very efficient and smooth. They had everything ready for us by the time we got there, as we live 3 hours away. They sent us the qoutes and everything ahead of time ( which many dealership wont do). They also stayed late to make sure our car buying process was complete. We cant thank them enough for such wonderful car buying experience.

He was “johnny on the spot” answering all my questions and getting me proposed deals with and without trades. We worked for two days and then I came in with my two trades and picked up the new Raptor on the third day. Shane was super helpful, super professional and extremely courteous. My wife thought he was great to deal with as well. He made everything so pleasant and so easy. Dealership personnel were ALL amazing including Craig in Finance !!!

When we arrived we were greeted by Shawn and he introduced us to Derrick, who would be the salesman that helped us from start to When we decided to buy our new vehicle. Derrick and all the staff at this dealership we great from start to finish. No problem no pressure no worries . While driving down I-35, a turbo hose coupler blew out on my F350 on the first day of vacation. I called and spoke with the Hillsboro Ford Service Manager and explained the problem. He said they likely had the part to fix it! Luckily, I was able to coast into town and David's team had me back on the road in about an hour! We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal that I was satisfied with making. In less than an hour we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.

Hillsboro Ford was so easy to work with. From the time we talked over the phone that morning until I was leaving with my new Bronco that same day was seamless! When I got to the dealership, they had my Bronco clean, paperwork ready to be signed and I was walking out the door within an hour after arriving. Very nice, polite and professional people that work there! Shout out to Angela Thomson and Brett Wilt for taking such good care of me. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them.

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Had a great experience with Gabrielle, Tristan and Shawn! I was searching for something specific in a new F250. I drove 2 hours for this specific truck and was not disappointed. The staff was courteous and profession and helped me move the process along quickly so i could get back to Cedar Park to take my wife to a hockey game. Tristan was as easy to deal with as sales people come. Did not pressure me at any point in the process. Shawn was one of the funnest finance managers that I've had the pleasure to deal with, and Gabrielle was great from the first call to end of the buying process, getting me set up with the Ford app and showing me some of the features of my new favorite truck. She has also been quick to return calls and texts with answers to my questions since my purchase. GREAT JOB!

Good service starts with a good Service Manager, JoManda is perfect for that position. I think she can be trusted to get the job done correctly and efficiently. The overall atmosphere of the dealership is much better since the change. Several of my friends and I have talked about the change and now all of us are using Hillsboro Ford.

Hillsboro Ford has to be the best Ford dealership in central Texas. Gabrielle is an absolute angel and treated us with absolute professionalism and respect. In fact, I'm getting her name tattooed on me in several days and will name my first child after her (regardless of gender). That's how awesome she is. It is a shame I can only give her and Hillsboro Ford a five star rating. Five stars aren't enough, they deserve a minimum 6,294 stars. A few days prior to my visit, I stopped at another dealership in central Texas to look at what they have on their lot and trade my truck in. They offered me a rather unimpressive number and I left. After crying in the shower for a couple of days, I continued my search. I happened to be driving past Hillsboro Ford and stopped by completely unannounced. Gabrielle and her staff were quick to speak with me, offered double what the previous dealership did, had the exact thing I had been looking for, and provided me a better deal on the new vehicle. 6,924/10, I will be doing business with them again.

Absolutely loved doing business with this dealer especially with the gentleman named Jaime aka "J" he was so helpful, patient, and he actually did what he said he would do. I had a terrible experience trying to buy a truck from another dealership but could tell the moment I reached out- Jaime understood my frustrations, he cared enough to figure out what it'd take to hold the truck for me since I travel a lot for work. He was super upfront and honest which really made the truck buying experience fairly easy. I was hesitant with the in house-financing process, but after it was all said & done they secured me an APR lower than my credit union!! One of my cells on my battery went bad and stranded me at the Buckie’s on I 35 in Hillsboro. A quick call to Hillsboro Ford Was all that was needed. 15 minutes later, a battery attendant pulled up swapped out my battery and I was on my way. Charges were very reasonable, especially considering my circumstances of being stranded out of town. Five stars in stars and thumbs up all day long!

I purchased a truck from Hillsboro Ford 2 months or so ago and waited a little longer to confirm condition of the truck and their post sales customer service before posting this review. In summary, it was a great experience and i would return to purchase another car from Hillsboro Ford. It was a positive experience compared to what I've encountered elsewhere. From when I arrived at the appointed time, Brett welcomed me and was attentive. We test drove two trucks and settled on one. We test drove the one that we liked by ourselves. No pressure to the route we need to take etc. After the test drive, Brett took the time to listen and patiently answer all my questions. We felt very comfortable with the no-pressure sales environment. They were not pushy or aggressive; instead, I felt completely at ease exploring my options and making decisions at my own pace. They tried to upsell me on a couple of items but due to the age of the car we were not sure the cost justified the limited coverage we were going to get. They were never pushy or used any scare tactics to push us into agreeing to this. This relaxed atmosphere allowed me to thoroughly consider my options without feeling rushed or coerced. They gave me the time to review the contract, printed an extra copy of the carfax report and very ready to help in any way. What truly solidified my confidence in Hillsboro was the transparency regarding the vehicle itself. The car I ultimately chose was exactly as described in its online listing, and it held up during my thorough inspection, test drive and have not faced a single issue or surprise in the 2 months i have owned it. Beyond the sales process, the entire team at Hillsboro Ford exuded a genuinely friendly and "old school" customer service focused attitude. It felt less like a typical transaction and more like a conversation about finding the right fit for me, making the often-stressful car-buying journey surprisingly pleasant. My only minor critique, and it's important to emphasize that it was a small point in an otherwise excellent experience, was concerning the financing rate. Despite having a perfect credit score and a strong financial history, the rate I received was a little higher than I had anticipated. While it wasn't a deal-breaker that prevented me from completing the purchase, I had hoped for a slightly more competitive offer given my credit rating. I would highly recommend Hillsboro Ford without hesitation to anyone in the market for a car. Their attentive customer service, no-pressure sales approach, and accurately described vehicles makes them different from other dealerships. I personally look forward to more opportunity to purchase vehicles from Hillsboro Ford.

I told JoManda I needed a new door handle for the inside passenger door, she ordered the part, it came in quickly. An appointment was made to pick up my car at my home, it was picked up on time, and then JoManda called about an hour or so later, car was ready, and they brought my car back at the time I scheduled it for, this was done all in one afternoon . Door handle works great and I didn’t have to leave my house. Now that is service for you!! I highly recommend Hillsboro Ford.

We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal. Within 30 minutes we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.

When we stepped into the dealership, we were immediately greeted by three people. Impressive. Within seconds, Chris Raven was introduced to us. He made us feel comfortable right away. Friendly conversation eventually included the car we were interested in. He was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He thoroughly walked us through the car and a test drive. We met some other staff and enjoyed conversing with them also. We were sold on the car and the dealership in general. FIVE STARS deserved here.

My entire experience was great! ! Everyone was courteous and friendly. Chris Raven was the salesman that helped me and he was great!!! The financial officer was so cordial and helpful!! I am so glad I decided to go there for my purchase!!! I highly recommend Hillsboro Ford.!!!!
