Service was top notch… find the perfect truck was easy with Brett, and We felt like your financial manger Shawn went above and beyond to work with us and getting our interest rate where we where comfortable… from stay after closing to get the deal done, to filling her up and new wash, we where beyond happy with the service and theses 2 guys helping us.

We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal that I was satisfied with making. In less than an hour we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.

Hillsboro Ford was so easy to work with. From the time we talked over the phone that morning until I was leaving with my new Bronco that same day was seamless! When I got to the dealership, they had my Bronco clean, paperwork ready to be signed and I was walking out the door within an hour after arriving. Very nice, polite and professional people that work there! Shout out to Angela Thomson and Brett Wilt for taking such good care of me. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them.

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Had a great experience with Gabrielle, Tristan and Shawn! I was searching for something specific in a new F250. I drove 2 hours for this specific truck and was not disappointed. The staff was courteous and profession and helped me move the process along quickly so i could get back to Cedar Park to take my wife to a hockey game. Tristan was as easy to deal with as sales people come. Did not pressure me at any point in the process. Shawn was one of the funnest finance managers that I've had the pleasure to deal with, and Gabrielle was great from the first call to end of the buying process, getting me set up with the Ford app and showing me some of the features of my new favorite truck. She has also been quick to return calls and texts with answers to my questions since my purchase. GREAT JOB!

Good service starts with a good Service Manager, JoManda is perfect for that position. I think she can be trusted to get the job done correctly and efficiently. The overall atmosphere of the dealership is much better since the change. Several of my friends and I have talked about the change and now all of us are using Hillsboro Ford.

Great dealer to work with, they run very efficiently and don’t waste your time! I called and talked to Brett, gave him the exact specs to a car I was trying to find and he found it within the day. Had it on its way the next morning from across the country. Very easy process, only took one phone call and about an hour inside the dealership.

Had a great experience buying a used F-150 at Hillsboro Ford. Brett, Shawn and the whole staff were super friendly and easy to work with - making our purchase pleasurable and worth the trip...from Houston! The truck had been thoroughly cleaned, detailed and was ready to go. The pricing was very competitive (nationwide) and the negotiations were quick and stress free. They even filled the gas tank for us! We will definitely consider them for future purchases and highly recommend them!!

Started out of curiosity. My old car was in their shop being repaired. I wanted to just price another vehicle. Well I met Brett and kind of told him what I was looking for. The new ones were scary with the price. However he said he had just received some new inventory from an auction. They had one I was interested in. Price was right. Paperwork went real smooth. Now I’m a proud owner of my Ford Explorer Timberline. Drives great on ice.

Hillsboro Ford has to be the best Ford dealership in central Texas. Gabrielle is an absolute angel and treated us with absolute professionalism and respect. In fact, I'm getting her name tattooed on me in several days and will name my first child after her (regardless of gender). That's how awesome she is. It is a shame I can only give her and Hillsboro Ford a five star rating. Five stars aren't enough, they deserve a minimum 6,294 stars. A few days prior to my visit, I stopped at another dealership in central Texas to look at what they have on their lot and trade my truck in. They offered me a rather unimpressive number and I left. After crying in the shower for a couple of days, I continued my search. I happened to be driving past Hillsboro Ford and stopped by completely unannounced. Gabrielle and her staff were quick to speak with me, offered double what the previous dealership did, had the exact thing I had been looking for, and provided me a better deal on the new vehicle. 6,924/10, I will be doing business with them again.

Absolutely loved doing business with this dealer especially with the gentleman named Jaime aka "J" he was so helpful, patient, and he actually did what he said he would do. I had a terrible experience trying to buy a truck from another dealership but could tell the moment I reached out- Jaime understood my frustrations, he cared enough to figure out what it'd take to hold the truck for me since I travel a lot for work. He was super upfront and honest which really made the truck buying experience fairly easy. I was hesitant with the in house-financing process, but after it was all said & done they secured me an APR lower than my credit union!! I truly feel he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he truly cares about doing his job and taking care of customers. I really appreciate the excellent service and will definitely continue coming back to Hillsboro Ford because of employees like Jaime. Side note: Brandon in finance was a pleasure to work with too, easy to talk to, not too pushy with the extra warranty options they offer. And Jose from the service department was another pleasant experience.

One of my cells on my battery went bad and stranded me at the Buckie’s on I 35 in Hillsboro. A quick call to Hillsboro Ford Was all that was needed. 15 minutes later, a battery attendant pulled up swapped out my battery and I was on my way. Charges were very reasonable, especially considering my circumstances of being stranded out of town. Five stars in stars and thumbs up all day long!

First time taking my 2022 Ford F-150 to this dealership for service. I’ve had bad experiences with the other Ford dealerships in the area and didn’t have high expectations. My truck has an aftermarket bumper and skid plate which made it difficult to service. Instead of telling me it couldn’t be done, the head technician figured out a way and the service was completed. I’ll definitely be returning, you’ve earned a customer.

First time taking my 2022 Ford F-150 to this dealership for service. I’ve had bad experiences with the other Ford dealerships in the area and didn’t have high expectations. My truck has an aftermarket bumper and skid plate which made it difficult to service. Instead of telling me it couldn’t be done, the head technician figured out a way and the service was completed. I’ll definitely be returning, you’ve earned a customer.

I was towing with my 2012 Diesel F-350 late Friday on 14 Feb 3025 when I heard a loud pop, lost power and couldn’t get over 70 mph, and had a lot of black smoke from the tailpipe. Luckily we were near Hillsboro, TX. and the LaQuinta Hotel (which is a very nice place to stay) which we stopped for the night. We got up early on Saturday and called Hillsboro Ford and they told us to bring it in and they would take it look. Well I blew my air cooler hose and they said some of the rubber rings fell inside and they had to go dig them out with some special tools. But while ever were waiting they asked if had breakfast and if not they would take us to get some breakfast, I have never had a dealership offer that service! But they had us back on the road right around 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Talked to the parts gentleman as well about another concern I had when towing and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well and gave good advice for me to take with me. I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from Randy Kotch (Service Advisor) and Al Swayze (Assistant Parts Manager). Top Notch Establishment!

Called about a pre-owned vehicle. Charles Wilkinson took my call. He had the car ready for me to test drive and had alot of paperwork done by time I got there. I drove the car he explained about the car, financing and alternative lease programs available. After everything was said and done it proved not to be the best financial move for me at this time. Had my 2024 Bronco Wildtrak for one week when an engine sensor went out, which put it in limp mode..I took it back to where I bought it (Grand Prairie Ford) and was told it would be 5-6 days before they could even LOOK at it. I asked for a loaner or rental & was told those are 30 days out. Since I live in Milford, I contacted Hillsboro Ford and they got me in the following day. Due to snow the replacement sensor was delayed; however, they kept me informed and were able to get it back to me in a few days. Truth be told, it still would have been waiting to be seen at GP Ford. The staff was super friendly, as well as being helpful.

This is the place for your new vehicle. Angela Thomson knocked it out of the park. I shopped all over Waco, McGregor, West and so many would play all of the typical games and would not budge on sticker price! I needed a specific truck, I refused to pay sticker price and I wanted a good rate. Angela put me in the exact truck I wanted, saved me almost $10,000!!! AND got me financed at 3.9%. The dealerships in Waco and McGregor didn’t even know Ford offered a financing special. HF is Well worth the short commute from Waco. Angela will work hard to meet all of your needs. Also, the service department is amazing. Allen assisted in getting the rhino bedliner that was added to the truck and he blew me away with his kindness and how much he cared about me being happy. I’m not used to dealing with folks like Angela and Allen. Make the short drive and save some money. You will thank me later!

I went to the dealership on the day of their holiday party. It was so nice to hear the GM (I think) give his speech to everyone. You could hear how much everyone truly cared. I was treated with kindness, respect and most of all…. It wasn’t exhausting. I talked to one person regarding my car (Hi Charles) and he also took care of my finances. No “let me get you my manager” “let me see if I can have that approved” and no constant confusion and frustration. I had every intention of visiting multiple dealerships over two days to get the best deal. But. It was not necessary. I knew from my interactions with the other dealerships in the past to get appraisal on my car it would be a lot of back and forth. In fact I went to another Ford dealership and asked for an appraisal the day prior to visiting Hillsboro. Told them I would be making a decision to buy in two days. They told me they were too busy and understaffed today, but would call me back before and of day with my appraisal. No call. Not even two days later. I got my car. I got a great deal. I didn’t hate my sales guy at the end of the day (has never happened before, in all five cars I have bought before). I feel confident when my tire blows, it will be covered. When there is an issue, Charles will answer my call. I don’t plan to buy from anywhere else in the future. I’ll drive the hour to Hillsboro Ford.

I told JoManda I needed a new door handle for the inside passenger door, she ordered the part, it came in quickly. An appointment was made to pick up my car at my home, it was picked up on time, and then JoManda called about an hour or so later, car was ready, and they brought my car back at the time I scheduled it for, this was done all in one afternoon . Door handle works great and I didn’t have to leave my house. Now that is service for you!! I highly recommend Hillsboro Ford.

We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal. Within 30 minutes we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.

An appointment was made to pick up my car at my home, it was picked up on time, and then JoManda called about an hour or so later, car was ready, and they brought my car back at the time I scheduled it for, this was done all in one afternoon . Door handle works great and I didn’t have to leave my house. Now that is service for you!! I highly recommend Hillsboro Ford.

When we stepped into the dealership, we were immediately greeted by three people. Impressive. Within seconds, Chris Raven was introduced to us. He made us feel comfortable right away. Friendly conversation eventually included the car we were interested in. He was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He thoroughly walked us through the car and a test drive. We met some other staff and enjoyed conversing with them also. We were sold on the car and the dealership in general.
