I’ve visited this dealership numerous times for various reasons, including purchasing vehicles, routine service and maintenance, and repairs. I highly recommend all departments. From sales and finance to parts and service, and management, the experience was enjoyable and efficient. The sales and finance departments were clear and transparent, ensuring that my day was not wasted. The service department was accommodating and knowledgeable, taking great care of my company vehicles and personal truck. They kept me informed of the process and any necessary repairs.

Last year they had the truck I needed when I was in immediate need of replacing my old one. Drove home with a brand new 2025 F350 for a decent price! Communication was great, everything came out as promised, the truck is still working great! This year, we needed to service our 2015 F150. Hillsboro Ford made sure they diagnosed it correctly and gave us accurate numbers on what it would take to repair it properly. So far it’s been working great!

Easiest car buying experience. The only thing better than the service was the pricing. Dealership has excellent amenities & facility is updated. Service was prompt & courteous with a smile kind of felt like the Chick-fil-A of Ford dealerships. Everyone was courteous, polite, helpful, and on time no waiting around., our salesman Mr. Ryker took great care of us. He informed us initially of the timelines of how long we could expect to wait to view cars, test drive cars , questions about financing everything was laid out for us on arrival. I would call it the white glove treatment. The vehicle selection was impressive. From extremely well, equipped base models to top-of-the-line and better pricing than any thing closer to Dallas, or Waco for that matter . Perfect sweet spot for service , selection, and pricing. Paperwork was minimal and financing was super simple. Again, thank you Mr. Ryker, Miss Rachel and the “Hillsboro Ford” team we are fortunate to have such a refreshing Ford dealer .

We had an issue with our F150 we had previously purchased from Hillsboro Ford which was still under warranty for the problem we were having - so we tried reaching out to another Ford Dealership closer to home who were rude and only interested in trying to get us to upgrade to a new(er) vehicle. We decided to contact the dealership we purchased it from in hopes of better results, and we were blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of the Service Department team, in particular an employee named Randy. He was extremely genuine and was able to get our truck in for the repairs it needed and was in communication with us the whole time. Many thanks to Randy and the Services team for their great attitudes and willingness to help! It really matters.

I recently purchased a truck from Hillsboro Ford and had a great experience. Brett and Shawn were both quick and easy to work with. We agreed to numbers over the phone and I came down from Fort Worth to pick up the truck. It was ready to go when I got there. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with no surprises.

I've owned ten vehicles over the past 47 years; two are on the road today. I purchased my first Ford F-150 in January 2026. I chose Hillsboro Ford because of their strong customer focus. They work hard to ensure a positive customer experience. I had two minor warranty issues and both were resolved expediently; the first with mobile onsite service and and the second with dealership service. As an industry, Auto/Truck sales and service does not have a trustworthy reputation. My experience tells me that Hillsboro Ford works hard to build trust by offering its customers better customer service.

Took my 2020 F-350 into Hillsboro Ford because my ac went out. Talked to Randy. He got it in quickly and diagnose the problem within a day. Got me a quote and said it would be a few to get the parts in. The parts person found the parts I needed within a day! Awesome job! They only had my truck 3 days instead of the original 7 days they total me! Thank you so much Hillsboro Ford. for the hard work!

We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal that I was satisfied with making. In less than an hour we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.

Hillsboro Ford was so easy to work with. From the time we talked over the phone that morning until I was leaving with my new Bronco that same day was seamless! When I got to the dealership, they had my Bronco clean, paperwork ready to be signed and I was walking out the door within an hour after arriving. Very nice, polite and professional people that work there! Shout out to Angela Thomson and Brett Wilt for taking such good care of me. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them.

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Had a great experience with Gabrielle, Tristan and Shawn! I was searching for something specific in a new F250. I drove 2 hours for this specific truck and was not disappointed. The staff was courteous and profession and helped me move the process along quickly so i could get back to Cedar Park to take my wife to a hockey game. Tristan was as easy to deal with as sales people come. Did not pressure me at any point in the process. Shawn was one of the funnest finance managers that I've had the pleasure to deal with, and Gabrielle was great from the first call to end of the buying process, getting me set up with the Ford app and showing me some of the features of my new favorite truck. She has also been quick to return calls and texts with answers to my questions since my purchase. GREAT JOB!

Good service starts with a good Service Manager, JoManda is perfect for that position. I think she can be trusted to get the job done correctly and efficiently. The overall atmosphere of the dealership is much better since the change. Several of my friends and I have talked about the change and now all of us are using Hillsboro Ford.

Had a great experience buying a used F-150 at Hillsboro Ford. Brett, Shawn and the whole staff were super friendly and easy to work with - making our purchase pleasurable and worth the trip...from Houston! The truck had been thoroughly cleaned, detailed and was ready to go. The pricing was very competitive (nationwide) and the negotiations were quick and stress free. Started out of curiosity. My old car was in their shop being repaired. I wanted to just price another vehicle. Well I met Brett and kind of told him what I was looking for. The new ones were scary with the price. However he said he had just received some new inventory from an auction. They had one I was interested in. Price was right. Paperwork went real smooth. Hillsboro Ford has to be the best Ford dealership in central Texas. Gabrielle is an absolute angel and treated us with absolute professionalism and respect. In fact, I'm getting her name tattooed on me in several days and will name my first child after her (regardless of gender). That's how awesome she is. It is a shame I can only give her and Hillsboro Ford a five star rating. Five stars aren't enough, they deserve a minimum 6,294 stars. A few days prior to my visit, I stopped at another dealership in central Texas to look at what they have on their lot and trade my truck in. They offered me a rather unimpressive number and I left. After crying in the shower for a couple of days, I continued my search. I happened to be driving past Hillsboro Ford and stopped by completely unannounced. Gabrielle and her staff were quick to speak with me, offered double what the previous dealership did, had the exact thing I had been looking for, and provided me a better deal on the new vehicle. 6,924/10, I will be doing business with them again.

Absolutely loved doing business with this dealer especially with the gentleman named Jaime aka "J" he was so helpful, patient, and he actually did what he said he would do. I had a terrible experience trying to buy a truck from another dealership but could tell the moment I reached out- Jaime understood my frustrations, he cared enough to figure out what it'd take to hold the truck for me since I travel a lot for work. He was super upfront and honest which really made the truck buying experience fairly easy. I was hesitant with the in house-financing process, but after it was all said & done they secured me an APR lower than my credit union!! I truly feel he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he truly cares about doing his job and taking care of customers. I really appreciate the excellent service and will definitely continue coming back to Hillsboro Ford because of employees like Jaime. Side note: Brandon in finance was a pleasure to work with too, easy to talk to, not too pushy with the extra warranty options they offer. And Jose from the service department was another pleasant experience.

One of my cells on my battery went bad and stranded me at the Buckie’s on I 35 in Hillsboro. A quick call to Hillsboro Ford Was all that was needed. 15 minutes later, a battery attendant pulled up swapped out my battery and I was on my way. Charges were very reasonable, especially considering my circumstances of being stranded out of town. Five stars in stars and thumbs up all day long!

Last year they had the truck I needed when I was in immediate need of replacing my old one. Drove home with a brand new 2025 F350 for a decent price! Communication was great, everything came out as promised, the truck is still working great! This year, we needed to service our 2015 F150. Hillsboro Ford made sure they diagnosed it correctly and gave us accurate numbers on what it would take to repair it properly. So far it’s been working great!

Easiest car buying experience. The only thing better than the service was the pricing. Dealership has excellent amenities & facility is updated. Service was prompt & courteous with a smile kind of felt like the Chick-fil-A of Ford dealerships. Everyone was courteous, polite, helpful, and on time no waiting around., our salesman Mr. Ryker took great care of us. He informed us initially of the timelines of how long we could expect to wait to view cars, test drive cars , questions about financing everything was laid out for us on arrival. I would call it the white glove treatment. The vehicle selection was impressive. From extremely well, equipped base models to top-of-the-line and better pricing than any thing closer to Dallas, or Waco for that matter . Perfect sweet spot for service , selection, and pricing. Paperwork was minimal and financing was super simple. Again, thank you Mr. Ryker, Miss Rachel and the “Hillsboro Ford” team we are fortunate to have such a refreshing Ford dealer .

We had an issue with our F150 we had previously purchased from Hillsboro Ford which was still under warranty for the problem we were having - so we tried reaching out to another Ford Dealership closer to home who were rude and only interested in trying to get us to upgrade to a new(er) vehicle. We decided to contact the dealership we purchased it from in hopes of better results, and we were blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of the Service Department team, in particular an employee named Randy. He was extremely genuine and was able to get our truck in for the repairs it needed and was in communication with us the whole time. I've owned ten vehicles over the past 47 years; two are on the road today. I purchased my first Ford F-150 in January 2026. I chose Hillsboro Ford because of their strong customer focus. They work hard to ensure a positive customer experience. I had two minor warranty issues and both were resolved expediently; the first with mobile onsite service and and the second with dealership service. As an industry, Auto/Truck sales and service does not have a trustworthy reputation. My experience tells me that Hillsboro Ford works hard to build trust by offering its customers better customer service.

We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal that I was satisfied with making. In less than an hour we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.

Hillsboro Ford was so easy to work with. From the time we talked over the phone that morning until I was leaving with my new Bronco that same day was seamless! When I got to the dealership, they had my Bronco clean, paperwork ready to be signed and I was walking out the door within an hour after arriving. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Had a great experience with Gabrielle, Tristan and Shawn! I was searching for something specific in a new F250. I drove 2 hours for this specific truck and was not disappointed. The staff was courteous and profession and helped me move the process along quickly so i could get back to Cedar Park to take my wife to a hockey game. Tristan was as easy to deal with as sales people come. Did not pressure me at any point in the process. Hillsboro Ford has to be the best Ford dealership in central Texas. Gabrielle is an absolute angel and treated us with absolute professionalism and respect. In fact, I'm getting her name tattooed on me in several days and will name my first child after her (regardless of gender). That's how awesome she is. It is a shame I can only give her and Hillsboro Ford a five star rating. Five stars aren't enough, they deserve a minimum 6,294 stars. A few days prior to my visit, I stopped at another dealership in central Texas to look at what they have on their lot and trade my truck in. They offered me a rather unimpressive number and I left. After crying in the shower for a couple of days, I continued my search. I happened to be driving past Hillsboro Ford and stopped by completely unannounced. Gabrielle and her staff were quick to speak with me, offered double what the previous dealership did, had the exact thing I had been looking for, and provided me a better deal on the new vehicle. 6,924/10, I will be doing business with them again.

Absolutely loved doing business with this dealer especially with the gentleman named Jaime aka "J" he was so helpful, patient, and he actually did what he said he would do. I had a terrible experience trying to buy a truck from another dealership but could tell the moment I reached out- Jaime understood my frustrations, he cared enough to figure out what it'd take to hold the truck for me since I travel a lot for work. He was super upfront and honest which really made the truck buying experience fairly easy. I was hesitant with the in house-financing process, but after it was all said & done they secured me an APR lower than my credit union!! When we stepped into the dealership, we were immediately greeted by three people. Impressive. Within seconds, Chris Raven was introduced to us. He made us feel comfortable right away. Friendly conversation eventually included the car we were interested in. He was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He thoroughly walked us through the car and a test drive. We met some other staff and enjoyed conversing with them also. We were sold on the car and the dealership in general. FIVE STARS deserved here.

I’ve never had an experience like this at a car dealership. Most the time went. You go to a dealership for a new car. You’re there for hours and then you end up not making a deal. Hillsboro Ford took that part out. I was able to pretty much finalize my deal at my home and during work day. I told them what I could afford and they worked with me. We went back and forth negotiating. But finally made a deal. I drove a 1h and 30 minutes to hopefully get a new vehicle. When I got there Gabrielle and Shawn were up front and no xx. This was one the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’m more than happy with the purchase of my new truck and will refer people to Hillsboro Ford. Keep up the good work Hillsboro Ford

This was an awesome dealership and Shawn was pretty awesome too. It was a great buying experience. And that young kid Caleb went above and beyond. He took me on a test drive with him driving at my request while I rode in the back seat and showed me all the different modes the vehicle could do and after I purchased it, he even drove me home. The manager was amazing too and very patient with me and friendly. Shawn makes good coffee too!!!!

Was doing long and hard internet search for a F-150 Raptor - R. I used Ford Inventory Search and called Shane. He was “johnny on the spot” answering all my questions and getting me proposed deals with and without trades. We worked for two days and then I came in with my two trades and picked up the new Raptor on the third day. Shane was super helpful, super professional and extremely courteous. My wife thought he was great to deal with as well. He made everything so pleasant and so easy. Dealership personnel were ALL amazing including Craig in Finance !!!

It was a pleasant experience overall. I initially thought there wasn’t going to be any dealer addons added to the vehicle price based on my initial conversation with one of the sales representatives but eventually had a few addons added but it was reasonable. Any dealership would want to make money through addons if they are going to have a very less margin on the vehicle itself. The sales manager and Roberto were really nice. They helped me get what I wanted and even worked on getting the best interest rates in the market. Overall it’s a good place to buy a vehicle if you want a fair deal. The staff are welcoming and treat you well.
