It was a pleasant experience overall. I initially thought there wasn’t going to be any dealer addons added to the vehicle price based on my initial conversation with one of the sales representatives but eventually had a few addons added but it was reasonable. Any dealership would want to make money through addons if they are going to have a very less margin on the vehicle itself. The sales manager and Roberto were really nice. They helped me get what I wanted and even worked on getting the best interest rates in the market. Overall it’s a good place to buy a vehicle if you want a fair deal. The staff are welcoming and treat you well.

I was towing with my 2012 Diesel F-350 late Friday on 14 Feb 3025 when I heard a loud pop, lost power and couldn’t get over 70 mph, and had a lot of black smoke from the tailpipe. Luckily we were near Hillsboro, TX. and the LaQuinta Hotel (which is a very nice place to stay) which we stopped for the night. We got up early on Saturday and called Hillsboro Ford and they told us to bring it in and they would take it look. Well I blew my air cooler hose and they said some of the rubber rings fell inside and they had to go dig them out with some special tools. But while ever were waiting they asked if had breakfast and if not they would take us to get some breakfast, I have never had a dealership offer that service! But they had us back on the road right around 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Talked to the parts gentleman as well about another concern I had when towing and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well and gave good advice for me to take with me. I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from Randy Kotch (Service Advisor) and Al Swayze (Assistant Parts Manager). Top Notch Establishment!

By far the best experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership. We bought a lot of new cars and I’ve always dreaded about going to a dealership to buy another. I did a lot of research on a vehicle I wanted, and they were by far the best price in the state of Texas that I could find . Shawn Hall was our sales person and he was amazing. The time it took to evaluate our trade in and do financing was the shortest time we’ve ever spent at any dealership. We will definitely be returning there when we’re ready for another vehicle. I told my father-in-law about our experience dealing with them and he is heading up there tomorrow to look at possibly purchasing a new truck.
